Who We’re Looking For
We only evaluate based on the following: your levels of energy, integrity, intelligence. Integrity and energy (your attitude to work and related activities) are more important than intelligence, which can be learnt / acquired, but attitude changes require a brain transplant (respectfully).
CV’s don’t matter. Skills can be learned (it is expected that you will apply to work in your area of expertise but even this does not set things in stone - you can switch to another business function if you see that your inner interest takes you there).
For example, if you have a basic level of understanding of back end programming and you know this is what you want to specialise in, do apply for a back end position. We focus on growth and your skillset will grow at a rapid pace. This if, of course, assuming that you have the right attitude (hence why we started of with mentioning it at the beginning).
In short: growth is what are after. Just like we prioritise the rate of growth of the company, similarly, we want all our team members to grow at the fastest rate possible in their fields so they excel
We are also looking for risk takers. Daily trial and errors, relentless pursuit of stuff. More risk taking = better.
